Portfolio: Fund Raising Website Design

Client: Family with Autistic Child

Overview: The fourth of four male children, baby John is sadly afflicted with Autism. To obtain costly and expensive stem-cell treatment, John’s family is fund-raising in North America and South America.
Project: Design and build a simple website with photos of baby John’s life and his story in hopes of obtaining fund-raising goals. Online donations are seamlessly sent via integration of PayPal Donation. Online video hosted at YouTube provided.

Solution: Greet visitors above-the-fold of the webpage with a slideshow of photos, fund-raising goals and milestones, a shortcut link to immediately donate, and the option to view the page in either English or Spanish. Accept contributions via credit card utilizing PayPal Donate services. Once transactions are complete, users are redirected back to the original website and land on a Thank You page in the corresponding preferred language.
